Delaying Desert
At 3 PM, we celebrated a co-worker's birthday. I had a piece of cake cut and set it aside in my Office until 5 PM, when I chowed down. Great thing about Fast 5: on occasion, you can have desert first.
I'm a middle aged guy who reads widely and is interested, non-professionally, in exercise, health, people, history, and trying to understand the nature of reality and the world. I practice intellectual property law as a profession. My blogs hopefully are helpful to others, and they are useful to me both as motivation to continue my "experiments" and to focus my mind on the thoughts and experiences I'm having. Enjoy!
