New Year Morning
When I get up in the morning, I like to have several cups of warm water with lime or lemon juice. The lime or lemon juice has no calories, but imparts taste, and the warm water is comforting and re-hydrating after a night's sleep. This is the year I'll drop to 202 pounds.
I'm a middle aged guy who reads widely and is interested, non-professionally, in exercise, health, people, history, and trying to understand the nature of reality and the world. I practice intellectual property law as a profession. My blogs hopefully are helpful to others, and they are useful to me both as motivation to continue my "experiments" and to focus my mind on the thoughts and experiences I'm having. Enjoy!
